Greg James ~ Owner and Lead Designer
Greg James is the founder and lead designer of Greg James Designs LLC. He began his career building handmade boats along the Texas Gulf Coast. Years later he pursued his dream of building and creating beautiful things with his hands. In 1997, he discovered his love for design and layout, and has designed countless residential and commercial building projects in the past 20 years. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he has extensive knowledge in the home building process. He looks forward to helping you with your new home.
Milli Collum ~ Office Manager and Sales
Milli Collum manages sales and is a part of the design team. As she has built a Barndominium of her own, she loves being able to help others through the design process. As an adamant horse lover, she lives on a ranch with her husband and four beautiful daughters. On the side, she is the owner of Courageous Commitments Life and Relationship Coaching.
Brenna Oles ~ Design Manager
Brenna Oles is a part of the design team. She is a Nebraska native and marine wife who has always had a passion for design, art & cooking. She is a graduate of the Interior Designers Institute in California and then a change of station for her husband brought her here to us. She would love to use her passion and skills to help you create the home of your dreams.
